CBR Prepares for Inaugural Battle on the Plains in Enid

Stuff your bull riding fans’ Christmas stockings with tickets and plan now to be at the inaugural Battle on the Great Plains Bull Riding to cheer on newly crowned 2016 CBR World Champion, Sage Kimzey along with multiple National Finals Rodeo qualifiers and the field of 24 elite bull riders from the top professional tours.

Tuff Hedeman and Championship Bull Riding are making their way on the Road to Cheyenne with a new stop in Enid, Oklahoma, January 7, 2017. Tickets on sale now for the inaugural CBR Battle on the Great Plains hosted at the Central National Bank Center.

Ticket holders will be treated to another stellar field of bull riders as Kimzey continues to defend his number one ranking in both the CBR and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.

“Kimzey is fundamentally flawless, the best rider this sport has seen in 15 years,” said CBR Ambassador and Chute Boss, Tuff Hedeman.

CBR Famous Energy Bullfighters, grand pyro introductions, and great family entertainment from assure bull riding fans enjoy the the two hour adrenaline rush show.

“It’s a combination of a great rock and roll concert and a heavy weight prize fight and refereed by Tuff Hedeman,” said CBR Chief Executive Officer Benny Cude.

The Battle on the Great Plains, a premier event on the CBR’s Road to Cheyenne tour, features a field of 24 elite bull riders in a three round tournament style event ending in a final four Shoot Out round worth $30,000.

Riders will be making appearances around town signing autographs and hosting meet and greets at local establishments.
