NFR Comes to a Close

If ever a hush could be heard in Las Vegas, today would be that day. As competitors and fans leave en masse from the entertainment capital of the world, all would say it was an NFR to remember.

As for the CBR bull riders, their performances are the stuff champions are made of and they showed why they were indeed in the top 15 of the world. JW Harris finished his PRCA season second in the world. Rookie of the year Chandler Bownds finished eighth and the 2011 CBR World Champion Clayton Foltyn ended eleventh.  All the cowboys competing at NFR fought hard all week. Many worked through serious and painful injuries and all will now take some time to rest, recoup and enjoy the holidays. Clayton Foltyn will now focus on his upcoming marriage and taking time to enjoy his family and married life.

All too soon the new year and new season will descend and these cowboys will be back on the road fighting their way to more world Championships and gold buckles. The new season of the CINCH CBR Tour begins in just over six weeks in Hobbs, New Mexico on January 28th, 2012.  The CBR will be announcing the full 2012 CINCH CBR Tour Schedule soon, stay posted for all the news and updates

Congratulations to all the cowboys and cowgirls for your accomplishments at NFR- we thank you for a great show!
