Barentine Continues Winning Streak at Horizon Series Finals

 

         Louisiana bull rider Josh Barentine won the second round of the CBR Horizon Series Finals last night in Winnie, Tex. After winning both rounds, Barentine has pocketed nearly $9,000 in cash and leads the race for a new Dodge truck.

            Brazilian rider Luis Blanco finished a close second with 87.75 and Colby Jones came in third with an 86.5. Michael Earl, who is currently sitting third in the Horizon Series standings, finished in fourth place. Number two cowboy Chase Outlaw finished fifth last night and gained some ground on standings leader Cody White. Ronnie Kitchens finished sixth for the second night in a row.

            The final round of the Horizon Series Finals is tonight at Nutty Jerry’s Arena in Winnie, Tex. Country music legend Don Williams will perform after the bull riding and tickets are still available for both events.
