Fenoglio Boot Company
Fenoglio Boot Company is the proud manufacturer of the James Montague Boot line- the most authentic, unique, and highest quality handmade Texas cowboy boots available. All boots are made at the Fenoglio Boot factory in Nocona, TX; a town where boot making has been a way of life for more than one hundred years. At Fenoglio Boot, we are proud that our boot making heritage can be traced back to the late 1800s, and we strive to carry on this tradition of quality craftsmanship with every pair of boots we make.
As one of the last domestic cowboy boot manufacturers left in Texas and America for that matter, we hope to serve as a reminder to American customers that top quality cowboy boots can still be made in America at a competitive price, and that through a focus on values such as loyalty, integrity, and hard work; the way of life and small town majesty of places like Nocona can be protected and preserved.
So when customers see the James Montague brand and the “Made in Nocona” mark, they can rest assured that their boots are not just some products off an assembly line, but are authentic, handmade representations of the tradition, quality, value, and pride of the craftsmen at Fenoglio Boot and the town of Nocona, TX.

Cheyenne Frontier Days
Since 1897, Cheyenne has celebrated its Old West roots with this eye-popping festival. The centerpiece of this Western celebration is the world’s largest outdoor rodeo, which draws top professionals who compete for more than $1 million in cash and prizes. Complementing the daily rodeo action are behind-the-chutes tours, trick riding and a wild-horse race. A Native American Village, an old frontier town, a saloon, square dancing, a chuck wagon cook-off, pancake breakfasts and an art show carry through the frontier theme. Rounding out the program are a carnival midway, an air show, top-name entertainment, professional bull riding shows and several parades that include antique carriages and automobiles. Cheyenne Frontier Days takes place each summer during the last full week in July.

American Hat Company
American Hat Company is known throughout the world as the hat preferred by rodeo champions, ranchers and Texas lawmen. American Hats were worn by the likes of Freckles Brown, Jim Shoulders and Lane Frost to name just a few.
American Hat has always been an innovator in styling, manufacturing and finishing. Prior to the 1950’s, straw hats could not be worn in the rain without being ruined. That’s when American Hat developed a special water resistant finish.
American Hat is also credited with developing the “open crown” concept. Cowboy hats shipped with an “open crown” could be shaped to fit the customer’s wishes. To this day American Hat traditional dealers order their cowboy hats in an “open crown” with a “flat brim” and they shape the hats to fit their customers. When a specific shape is requested, American Hat Company has professional hat shapers who shape each hat by hand at no extra charge.
It’s this heritage of quality and innovation that has made American Hat the choice of rodeo champions and ranchers since 1915.
